Exhibit M

We want to show the connection that proves why Albert Russel Erskine claimed in his book, History of the Studebaker Corporation, South Bend, Indiana, 1918, “John Studebaker, father of the five brothers, born in Adams County , Pennsylvania, was the son of Peter Studebaker.”

Erskin knew that John had descended from the Peter Studebaker line, but he should have written, “John Studebaker, father of the five brothers, born in Adams County , Pennsylvania, was the GREAT GRANDSON of Peter Studebaker.”

Peter Studebaker that came to America in 1736 had a son named Peter Studebaker Junior, a grandson named Clement Studebaker, a great grandson named John Clement Studebaker, and great, great grandchildren, the 5 brothers that started the Studebaker Corporation, Henry, Clement, John Mohler, Peter Everest, and Jacob Franklin.
